essence | Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara | Gluten & Cruelty Free

Hi guys and welcome back to my Blog

so I'm going to be doing a little bit of a first impression review or does this

work Write the artical using it the essence lash princess mascara so these have gone absolutely viral they've been all over YouTube blogs Facebook I've seen them on Instagram as well so I thought I would kind of test them out for myself and see if they are worth all of the hype or if they are super overrated so if you guys want to know my opinion then keep Reading ok so I've got these two little guys here I'm super excited to try them and see if they are actually any decent for their price I have my receipt here so I paid $6 15 for the Volume Mascara which is the powerful one and then for the green one it was six dollars fifteen so about six dollars each from mascara which in Australia is incredibly cheap because in a way you're looking at about twenty to thirty dollars for a drugstore mascara which is like it's a little bit painful really so a six dollar mascara would be amazing so if it is any good it would just save so many lives so I'm gonna try it one on it you try  I'm not entirely sure which one is more like famous and which one is the one that everyone is going for I thought it was the purple one but I don't know we'll just do a little review of both of them so the one in the green is the false lash effect mascara and then the purple is it the sculpted volume mascara I'm sure it was this one here that was really popular but I can't robot just gonna spend 20 minutes trying to get the tape off the seal the ironic things that I bought this from my work and I'm the one that physically actually tapes the cosmetics so find him really can buy a sense from Target or Priceline God how much should I put on this I'm like seriously so far and he's ever bought cosmetics from the story working I don't know if there's any specific way and he magical way to apply this little guy I'm just gonna put it on as if I normally would any other mascara so I'm gonna play the pep one first because I'm really I don't know why I just did works out to try this one so I'm gonna apply this through my right eye lashes isn't my lashes before they are literally non-existent this is why oh I think eyelashes all the time I have in these smallest shortest lashes in the world like he literally it looks like I just don't own any like if I look straight ahead they don't show onto my eyelid at all like oh my god I hate us so yeah sorry if this makes any sort of a difference I'll be so impressed because I literally do not own eyelashes okay this is the brush that slightly curved upwards it's not too thick or fluffy or anything like that's kind of in between all right flex off a little tiny brown underneath my eyes I feel like is that five is in this mascara - my hair look like lord farquaad's head okay so this is a one layer of mascara on I don't hate it I actually kind of like it it's not horrible like I don't have lashes normally like seriously as on someone who has lashes it probably looks so much better but look at there's nothing there like that's pretty decent I'm gonna apply another layer and see if it clumps and how it goes see it keeps like kind of flaking underneath my eye when I apply it so I think this v is in it it doesn't say it's a far more scar though wow that's nice though oh that's oh my god this is like not a fun time and that's two layers this has kind of made obvious that there is five is in this mascara I don't see anywhere where it states that it does have fibers which can be really bad for contact lens wearers or people with sensitive eyes I'm gonna be honest like I love what it has done to my lashes they're a little bit thick for my liking but it has given me a heap of length like a hate and I think that's why it's been so popular but that's what it's done to underneath my eye and that's just from it flaking when I'm applying it I'm at like a way to close in your face right now we're gonna try a green tree but which is the false lash effect mascara just wanted to sweep and ranked about as well so we will see yeah this is the brush to the false lash effect it's just more straight it's not curved so this side here is the one I just used with the curved brush and this is the false lash effect on the other side very very similar bristles it's just one's a curved brush and one's a straight brush okay let's do the other iron hope it works a little bit better okay so that's one way oh definitely not as much length I don't think it's a fiber mascara but I'm kinda Delayer these lashes I'm looking sticker at the base of the lashes and they're definitely a lot shorter so I'm guessing this one doesn't not have fibers in it there's like one tiny little flake there those are quite thick because of this style of brush which I don't normally love having shorter lashes I don't want them to look thick because they just look stumping and short and gross Oh like they're okay I don't really love it I don't think it's worth the hype especially these sculpted volume you're looking at trying them make sure you're not a contact lens wearer make sure you don't have sensitive eyes make sure you don't really have foundation on first because it will ruin it yeah I'm gonna say these are super overrated don't love

it thank you guys so much for Reading

Immunity Boost

Another artical today we're going to be talking about five vitamins and supplements for boosting immunity and have a look at this these are the five supplements of iron i'm gonna talk about anastasia melatonin zinc vitamin d as well as vitamin c the first thing i'm going to talk about is melatoninso melatonin is a powerful powerful hormone whose production has is actually triggered by the brain by darkness and it signals that you need to sleep also has a role in your immune system and is known to produce sleep that also helps out in promoting immune system health now we don't really have lots of studies with regards to humans but there is a couple of my studies and they showed that it actually this melatonin actually has help in treating influenza and respiratory illnesses that's why people suggested that maybe yes hey we can choose this for the covet 19 virus that's what people are supposing but where is the evidence do we have any evidence i'm going to show you some evidence right now if you have a look at this this was a study done which showed let me go back over here melatonin usage actually reduced by 28 percent the likelihood of a positive laboratory test result of sarsou being positive so that is amazing almost a 30 reduction in the likelihood of testing positive for covert 19. furthermore have a look at this uh this is associated this is associated with a 52 reduced likelihood of positive laboratory test results for sars cove to an african americans so this is a pretty pretty significant um uh finding that we should uh keep in mind but more studies are surely needed and we this is definitely reassuring but we need to get more stories on this of course good sleep is always good and we all know um i actually talked about this in one of my previous videos that if you if you sleep well you have good natural killer cells in your body and those are the first line defense and if you don't sleep if you sleep less than let's say five to four hours for even a single night your natural killer cells density actually goes down by around 30 to 40 percent that is huge that is huge next vitamin i'm going to be talking about is gonna be vitamin d vitamin d i love it i have a whole video talking about the benefits of vitamin d with regards to infection but still i want to talk about this specifically regards to covet 19. and it has been shown that about 35 to 40 of us adults they have vitamin d deficiencies and this is actually higher in african americans and we all know that african americans seem to suffer more from kovac 19 and the death rate in african-americans is much more than the other other populous now there's some general evidence that vitamin d is effective and it has been shown that vitamin d supplements can actually reduce the severity of respiratory illnesses in hospitalized patients now do we have any specific evidence with regards to um covert 19 well this year last year actually uh there was a study that was produced and 20 european countries found a link between low vitamin d levels and higher percentage of covert 19 cases as well as mortality now that is huge in 20 countries the same result was found separate study um separate results actually showed that 80 percent of 200 people hospitalized with covert 19 actually in spain were found to have a deficient vitamin d and guys let me tell you straight i check vitamin d levels on all of my patients come to the hospital and i've actually found 100 of them to be vitamin d deficient and with this i have actually started to supplement all of my covert patients with vitamin d even before i have a confirmed that they're actually deficient in vitamin d specifically there was one trial that i'm going to be mentioning to you right now that actually showed that vitamin d was let's say there were about 26 patients in this group who were not given vitamin d and 50 patients were given vitamin d and all the 26 patients half of them were actually sent to the icu for being one reason or the other and actually two of them died but 50 of the other people who were given vitamin d only one went to the icu and no one in that group actually dies so that is a good news i'm going to share with you some of these studies because this this one article published last year the role of vitamin d in the prevention of coronovirus disease and again if you have a quick search of the literature you will see that there are so many studies that show that vitamin d can be effective role of vitamin d in preventing coping infection progression and severity again evidence that vitamin d supplementation could reduce risk of influenza and covert infections and uh that's so uh needless to say needless to say that this sunshine vitamin is important needless to say i do want more studies bigger studies and i'm pretty sure and i know a few studies that are still under process and should be helpful i actually personally take vitamin d because i had been deficient and also i would recommend anybody should if you don't have any real skin problems you can daily try to find some sunlight let's say 10 to 20 minutes a day that should certainly help you out moving forwards i'm going to be talking now about an acetyl cysteine or mac for short now so this is a precursor of a very good antioxidant especially in the liver called glutathione and this uh this neck and style cysteine we use in the hospital to loosen mucus in patients with copd or severe secretions a lot of patients have different types of problems and this comes to good effect this also used to treat tylenol toxicity and overdose when the liver is actually damaged we use this in the hospital a lot and has been known to be fairly safe it has also been known to have immune boosting effects and also known to suppress viral replication and reduce inflammation now there was a study done and it wasn't a big trial it showed that they had around 10 patients who were on the respirator and they gave anesthetic cysteine and it improved their condition when they stopped any style cysteine they started to deteriorate and when they gave it again they start to do better so some studies but we need more proof on an acetylcysteine um i've actually been taking this over over the past year with covid um and now i'm already vaccinated but so i've cut it down but i've taken anissa style cysteine but i want larger studies to be done on this now next i'm going to talk the last two are going to be zinc and vitamin c zinc and vitamin c these are supplements and vitamins and minerals that everybody everybody wants to know about what is happening i'm gonna talk about the latest research that happened with zinc and vitamin c let's have a look so let's talk about zinc first so zinc over the over the ages and times has been known to uh fight bacterial infections as well as viral infections and most people do get zinc plenty of it actually in their diet what has been actually known and found in laboratory tests is that it increases intracellular um when you have increased zinc in the cells they lead to impaired replication of our antiviruses and the sars cove 2 the covet 19 virus is one of the  corona viruses and zinc has been known to have some benefits in the similar class of viruses and the common cold type of viruses and it has naturally we have naturally linked that zinc may be uh used in the treatment of um covet and 19 but there have been very few studies to actually show efficacy some of the studies i'm going to mention right now show that the frequency of common colds was reduced and this was a survey study so surveys are not the best types of studies other studies have been done to evaluate vitamins um zinc and it has been more objective and it showed that the duration of cold symptoms can actually be reduced by about two days so that is definitely positive um i'm still looking for more more inform more information on zinc and to be honest i've used zinc and to me i normally get sore throats because i have some post nasal drip with some allergies and zinc seems to help me out the zinc lozenges i believe seem to help me out so i've taken it personally and i've also given it to people next is i'm going to talk about is vitamin c vitamin c is i think the most favorite vitamin that we all love to talk about and there are quite a few studies actually on vitamin c in the past and it has known to shorten the length of stay in the icu from respiratory illnesses as well as um people with septic shock which is a severe infectious reaction to the body where the patient is almost dying and the person would have died unless medical people and people in the icu don't treat the patient properly and this was given vitamin uh intravenously and in higher doses now there have been contrasting reports um some placebo control trials which which basically showed that they gave about 200 milligrams per day and it did not really um do much it may be prevented but after the cold symptoms were there it really did not do any any any difference and this was oral and they said that okay vitamin c may have some benefit in preventing some of these symptoms however it would not help in treating any of these symptoms however there were studies done which showed that if you give this to a vitamin c um certainly a slightly higher dose of vitamin c to people who are involved in more exertional physical activity such as marathon runners skiers and soldiers uh with in or in severe cold environments if you give vitamin c prophylactically and as a preventive measure vitamin c doses were given to these people from 250 milligrams to a thousand milligrams per day it ended up reducing cold symptoms by about 50 percent

so it seems like in when the body's really stressed vitamin c could have some benefits so um it's not that i take vitamin c regularly i pop a pill every now and then um especially when i know i'm going to be in the hospital and um i be i feel that okay let me just take it who knows it may help me out but of course studies are what is important and as i showed you about bloodletting early or early on in this Blog we need to have some studies otherwise anybody could say anything and and say okay fine just do this do that and blood do some perform some bloodletting and you should rid your coronavirus and get rid of the virus through the blood you know these things don't work so need to have studies but if you we don't have study that certainly does not mean that a thing is not um working but studies are always better so i'm going to talk about this trial that we mentioned early on this was done combined for zinc as well as vitamin c and they reduce the symptoms when they give combined vitamin c with zinc to these people and this was an outpatient trial let's have a look at this trial guys all right so effect of high dose zinc effect of high dose zinc and ascorbic acid meaning vitamin c supplementation versus usual care on symptom length and reduction in ambulatory patients ambulatory meaning outpatients which are covered to infection now what these people found this was a this is a reputable reputable journal the jama journal of the american medical association and they uh were trying to see what was happening in these outpatients the results did not show much benefit the question was do high-dose zinc high-dose ascorbic acid vitamin c or a combination of the to reduce the duration of symptoms of severe acute respiratory syndrome sars co-flu corona virus in this randomized control trial of 214 patients with confirmed source co2 infection receiving outpatient care there was no significant difference in the duration of symptoms among these to groups so again i mentioned above that vitamin c was seem to be more effective if you are a little sicker and it used to prevent a little bit um so these patients were actually patients who were not taking vitamin c before or we're not taking zinc before and they got sick and they generally had mild sickness so is this the bad spot to be taking vitamin c in your mild sickness it's not going to work that well is that the case but if you look at this if you look at the study they said usual care zinc vitamin c okay let me i think i missed it yeah if you go here if you see this graph if you see this graph here usual here vitamin zinc vitamin c and the combination of zinc and vitamin c over here hospitalization so i mean these numbers don't really matter too much because you know this is five seven three four patients over here and that's nominal deaths in this group of 214 people so can't really tell by this i can't really tell by by this study and does not answer the different questions that i posed a little bit earlier that is vitamin c only good for prevention or is it only good for severe diseases severe septic disease or other types of respiratory diseases including um including coved 19 another issue and people are putting a finger on at towards this study that hey there couple of limitations with your study vitamin c was um vitamin c that was tried previously and tested previously was an iv form vitamin c in sick severely sick patients and that was given in high doses and uh the proponents of zinc say that zinc you know zinc is good but there needs to be something that needs to make the zinc enter into cells and that those are called zinc ionophores and people have suggested and use things like avermectin or quercetin or hydroxychloroquine what they do is they actually help get zinc into the cells when they help zinc get into the cells then the zinc acts in preventing the replication of our antiviruses so uh it all in all i think um if there's no real harmful effect you can try a few things vitamin d has been proven varminty to me is much more of a strong much more of a strong vitamin to use it actually is a hormone people call it a vitamin but it actually is a hormone um but this is these were my thoughts and these were some of the latest information that we have coming out with regards to supplement juice and i try to go over the different details of such but again you do anything you got to do under the care of the supervision of your physician your physician knows about these things they can they can see what you need at a current situation but i want to talk about this let me know if you tried any of this before if you have any your own experiences let me know in the comments below if you have any topics for me to discuss on let me know about discussing these in the comments below as well anyways love to hear from you let me know i will talk to you guys soon.

thank you so much http://https://amzn.to/2U2N4PE

What is Network Marketing?

What is network marketing and how does it work? Is it a pyramid scheme? Is it a scam?

Is it illegal? I get a lot of questions about network marketing on this channel. And in this video, I'm going to address exactly how it works. How you get paid, what it is, what it's not and I'm going to go over 3 specific tactics that you can use to blow up your network marketing business, automate it and make tons of money. Let's get it. Okay, so this is a big pyramid. And this is the compensation structure of network marketing. "Doesn't that mean it's a pyramid scheme?" Okay, hold on, hold on. This is a pyramid and this is the compensation structure for any company in existence today. Okay? Any company works with the compensation structure where the people at top get paid more than the people working at the cash register, okay? Every single company I've ever seen in my existence. The person who owns amazon.com makes way more money than the person who you know, the executives running Amazon. And the executives running Amazon in Seattle make way more money than the drivers actually delivering the product to your doorstep. So, just to kind of get rid of this idea, everything's a pyramid scheme people. Donald Trump is one of the richest people in America. He's also the most powerful person at top. Look at any world leader. They're generally richer. Most world leaders are richer than the common folk. So, everything is a pyramid scheme by that. The second thing you have to understand what network marketing is not. It is not taking advantage of friends and family if you have whatever most people have like 5 friends. If you have 5 friends you get all of them become customers and you make $100 each, your business is done then. You aren't going to make any extra money. What network marketing is not is... It's you know, it needs to be a sustainable business out and it you have to go outside of your friends and families. So, selling to friends and family is not even a question. It's not even the way you should do network marketing. It's a tactic but it's not a sustainable tactic. Now, the third thing that work marketing is not. It is not get rich quick, okay? You can get rich quick but generally speaking, this is a business. This is a self-employed business where you have to work hard to sign up people to buy the product or the opportunity. I'm going to go into compensation structure in just a second here. Okay, so in network marketing, you can make money 1 of 2 different ways, okay? On one hand, you can sell the product. For instance, Herbalife. You're selling protein powder and supplements. Other companies you can sell skincare. Whatever it is. On the other hand, you could sell the opportunity. And selling the opportunity is getting other distributors, is what they're called or other people signed up to sell products for you, okay? You're creating a team just like any company has a manager and they have employees under them. So, you're creating your own little business. it's one of the fastest ways to create your own little business. Now, before I get too deep into things. If you do network marketing, type in the company you work for or you did work for in the comments below. And if you did work for a company or tried it, let me know how many years ago you worked for that company. You know, there are a lot of companies out there. And an interested to know if any of you have done it before. And if so, what companies you worked for. Now, let's say you're up here and you sell... You get 2 customers that buy the product from you, okay? So, you get a customer right here that buys the product and then you get a another customer who's more interested in starting their own home business selling the opportunity, okay? So, either way, you get 50.... Generally speaking the compensation plan looks like 50%. So, you earn 50%. So, let's just say... Let's make the numbers easy or $50, okay? Every month from this person. Now, with the second person, you're selling the opportunity. You'll make $50 a month. You know, you're making 50%. But let's say they also signed up to people under them, right? Now, you are making 25% of whatever these people make. So, in essence, this one customer, you're earning $50 a month plus $25 a month times 2. So, you're earning $100 a month off of this one person. Now, here's where it gets a little crazy is if those 2 people sign up, if those 2 people decide to start their own teens and bring people under them to start selling the product, then you make a percentage. Something like 5% of those customers. Now, this is what it looks like when you add like a 3rd tier or something like that is that you start making money from those people you sold. But then you start making money from the people they sold and then you start making money. People built teams under them. So in essence, you know, I just did some quick math here. But you would make $50 from the top person whereas you made from the one customer who bought the product whereas you make $130 a month from the person who's selling the opportunity. And from that person selling the opportunity, they're signing up more people. So they're expanding. And that's where the forms of leverage of network marketing come about is that you can sign up a lot of people and it will continue to grow even if you're doing nothing. That's the dream. Now, this is starting to look a little a pyramid-shaped, right? It's just people selling people selling people selling people. Now, where network marketing companies become pyramid schemes is when all they have is an opportunity? They don't have an actual product that is being sold. So, if you are only selling... If all the company does is have an opportunity rather than an actual fundamental of... You know, whatever that's education or a physical product or something to... You know that... That's the real thing they're selling. Then it's just a money game and that's a pyramid scheme now the other thing you'll notice is this is not affiliate marketing although network marketers, shame on you if you're calling it affiliate marketing. It is not affiliate marketing because affiliate marketing doesn't have multiple tiers of referrals. Generally speaking, affiliate marketing, you only get paid if somebody buys the product. Some companies have a second tier where they pay the people who refer the affiliates like me, okay? Because I refer a lot of affiliates to a lot of companies. But that's where it stops. Affiliate marketing and network marketing are different because network marketing has so many different layers whereas affiliate marketing, 95% of the time it stops at one layer. Oh, sorry. Did I just get a phone call that you want to learn the 3 ways to start getting customers in your network marketing business, okay. Okay, I'll get to that right now. Here, let me get to that. Okay. So, let's get to the 3 ways that you can examples of how you can sell and get customers to your network marketing business. Okay, but first there's a quote from John Rockefeller which is I would rather earn 1% of 100 people's efforts rather than a 100% of only my own efforts. This is an interesting quote. And the richest man who ever lived in the world said this. And the reason is is because if something happens to you, you get sick, your mom gets sick and you want to visit her. Your car breaks down, you just feeling low-energy you're exhausted at a particular day. You're hungover. You feel like going shopping. There could be a million reasons why you don't want to work. When you have other people working for you, you continue making money no matter what. A network marketing is the fastest way to build teams, to build your company and have people working for you. Let's move onward. Okay, so now we see... Check this video out and now this is a girl. You can see she has a YouTube channel. Her name is Amy Darlie or that's what she says her name is on YouTube. And she's 68 thousand subscribers and she is selling the product. She works for a company called Rodan and fields. And you'll see here, she is talking she is showing her actual skincare routine. She's showing how the product works, why it's better. She's showing how she applies it. She's teaching how she uses it and she even scrolls through and shows you the ingredients and what other people are saying about the product. So, this is a good way of selling the product. And again she's doing it through YouTube because people want to see how something is applied when they're buying skincare products. Let's move to the second example of how you can sell network marketing by selling the opportunity. If you saw the math that I just did, you would have seen that you actually end up making more money if you sell the opportunity than if you sell the product. And it's because you're building a team and you're utilizing leverage. So, you can make almost three times as much selling the opportunity which is why many people sell the opportunity. And also, we're part of a growing trend. A wave that is going to continue taking over where people want to work for themselves. People want to go back to being in control of their life. And if you are committed to taking back control of your time from the fake news media, from the social media and from the corporate world who wants you to be a slave, write in the comments "take back control" #take back control because this is a serious much bigger discussion we should all be having but this is one of the methods that you can. Let's go into how to sell the opportunity. Okay, so here we are in a video for again Rodan and fields and it's a video by Sarah Robbins. Notice it's opening with nice cars showing luxury items and because it's selling the opportunity. And here is one of I guess one of the top network marketers in the world. Sarah Robyn showing how great this company is Rodan and fields and talking about how it's changed her life and how it can for you too. One quick note about network marketing which is kind of interesting is that there's more women that tend to be in network marketing because I think women are better at social media, they're better at networking. I don't know why. Sorry I'm generalizing but it is something you tend to see. Now, she's selling the lifestyle and the opportunity, that's great. YouTube's great. Let's go on to the third method that you can sell network marketing and get customers. But this time I'm going to look at a man at Instagram and his name is Brandon Tieger, okay? Right there Brandon Tieger. Asian guy from Australia. And you see... What do you think he's selling? Do you think he's selling the opportunity here or do you think he's selling the product? I don't even know what the product is in this. It looks like there's two cute blonde girls. You know, I don't think he could sell those. So, he's selling the opportunity and he's selling the lifestyle. And you can see, he likes fancy cars, expensive sneakers and good lifestyle, palm trees and all that jazz. The way to sell the opportunity is to show off the lifestyle. You want to show the money that people can make with the company if you're going to sell it correctly. No, I don't sell network marketing but I would be good, I think. It's selling it. If I like, if I were to get into it. Boom baby! So, that's how it's done. You saw a couple examples. You learn the compensation structure. You learn most importantly what network marketing is not. And also I asked you one favor is if you could, in the top comment, you'll see instructions. But if you could message Tony Robbins for me, send him a direct message on Twitter and say, "That you should feature this guy in your next video, okay?" Just do this for me. First off, that is your homework and that's going to help you and it's going to help me. And I'd love to move this community to the top. So, I'll talk to you soon. Make sure to subscribe. Excited to help you make money and once again, if you're committed taking back control of your life type in "take back control" because we're gonna do this, baby. Let's get it.
